Blessed Fr Jerzy Popiełuszko: Martyred Freedom Fighter

What a saintly priest! His first miracle was an instantaneous cure of a patient dying of incurable cancer. I needed to read this so much and am so uplifted in my faith by doing so.

Catholicism Pure & Simple

Next year—2019—will mark the 30th anniversary of communism’s collapse in Poland and Eastern Europe. It will also mark 35 years since the murder of Father Jerzy Popiełuszko. I was safe in California when the communist secret police killed my former vicar in Poland in October 1984. In May 1980, Father “Jurek” Popiełuszko was assigned to our parish, St. Stanislaus Kostka, where I was baptized. He was a physically frail servant of God with an indomitable spirit. To understand Father Jurek, we must shed some light on his personal background and the social and political context of his life.

Farm, Seminary, and Priesthood
One of five children, the future priest was born in a farming family in Okopy in the Podlasie region in what is now eastern Poland. The infant was originally baptized Alfons, to commemorate his mother’s brother, Alfons Gniedziejko, an underground Home Army…

German Ecclesiastics Like Cardinal Walter Kasper Want to Destroy the Papacy in Order to Appease the Lutherans and Annex the Lutheran German Church Tax (Kirchensteuer) Revenues

Let us open with a quote from the new MUST-HAVE BOOK: “The Divine Right of the Papacy in Recent Ecumenical Theology”by J. Michael Miller, ARSH 1980, (who is now the Archbishop of Vancouver). Let us quote the opening words of Chapter NINE, “Lutheran-Catholic Dialogue”, emphases mine, with screen cap below:

In ecumenical dialogs the question of papal primacy was long avoided. Theologians preferred to discuss a series of other controversial questions before taking up the papacy, the…

One Interrogation of Teresita Castillo, the Seer of Lipa

“Then he go mad with me … Mayroong diyan … there was an ashtray there and he took hold of it …..”

Photo:  A rose petal.  On it the Blessed Virgin holding Jesus is seen. One can even see little angels on the edges.  These floated down from the sky in a wafting slow manner… even when the wind was blowing hard.  Thousands scrambled to obtain one.

This article is a sample of the aggressive stance the Vatican II and others before them have taken against this apparition, and, particularly against giving Mary the title of ‘Mary Mediatrix of All Grace’ which is what she called herself at Lipa.  Just like she said at Lourdes:  “I am the Immaculate Conception”    She said at Lipa: “I am Mary Mediatrix of All Grace”

THE HOSPITAL

The postulant Teresita was picked up in a car by Monsignor Santos and, chaperoned by Sister Stephanie of the Cross.  She was brought to the hospital of the University of Santo Tomas ((UST) in Manila.

“Am I sick?  (Bakit, may zakit ba ako?)  I wanted to ask him, (Bakit ako dinala dit, may sakit baga ako?) Why was I brought here?  No.  But as usual, mortification of the tongue, you see, because they say than when you mortify inner feelings like that, it is better than any external instrument of penance.  So I did.  I kept my mouth shut.”  Teresing Castillo    (They called her ‘Teresing’ … she played the piano and sang.)

Teresing was subsequently interrogated at UST by psychologist Father Angelo Blas, and a noted psychiatrist, Father Leopoldo Pardo.  Father Blas (Psychologist) was the first to question her.

He started by asking:  “Do you have a tendency in the family, do you have a tendency na, or do you have a member of your family who became insane?

“Not that I know of, Father” I said.  “Well, headaches, yes Father.  Other diseases I don’t know.”

“The accusation of a lesbian relationship with Mother Cecilia also resurfaced.  For three hours, he was pounding on me.  I was quiet but I was firm with my statements.  So he took one piece of paper and gave it to me.”

“Now sign that.” he said.

So, Ay, Father, I will have to read it first.  So I read it and it said there that everything (about the apparitions of Our Lady) is a hoax, fraud, and all my imagination because I just want to be popular, and to be loved, like that.  And so I did not sign.  Father, I said.  I’m sorry .  I cannot sign this.

“Why?”  he said”

“Because what you have written here is not true.  Sabi ko (I said)  What I am tell you is true, but what you are tell me here is not true, so how do you expect me, Father, please.” I said, “I cannot. Really.”

Then he got mad with me and stood up.  There was an ashtray there.  He took hold of the ash tray and sabiko, “Katapat ko lang ibabato yata ‘to sa akin” He’s going to throw it at me, I told myself.

So, when he stood up, I changed my, I left my place. I went a little bit toward the right side, ay , left side.  Sure enough, the, the ashtray flew.  And so I started to shake.  My knees were shaking talaga oo.  I felt that I was pale and my knees started to give way.

“Why don’t you like to sign?”  he said.

And I said:  “Father I really cannot sign.”

“How about … Kindly tell Arch, ah, Doctor Pardo (Psychiatrist)  to kindly come here because I need him.

“He was pacing the the room.  His hands were in this position (illustrates by putting her hands on her waist), and then he said:

“You know, do you know that even Carmelites can imagine things?”

“Yes, Father”

“Then, he said, do you know that members of Carmelite contemplative orders have more tendency to imagine things?”

I did not say anything to him, and so when we were like that, ….”Father, I’m not feeling well because I felt I was going to faint.  I said, (her voice broke, her eyes began to tear) “I’m not feeling well, Father,  sinabi ko talaga.  So, (nervous laughter covers her mouth in embarrassment, then breaks down, removes her glasses, wipes her eyes with trembling hands …”Father, I’m not telling a lie”  I told him that.  “If you want to punish me, you can send me out if you like, but I’m not telling a lie.”

E, siguro (maybe) he did not, he did not believe.  So he left me.  I was asking for blessing, he did not bless me.  And so I told Sister Stephanie, “Sige na, (go ahead) you call Doctor Santos,” because I was really crying.

Doctor  Santos came the following day and I was crying and so I told him, “Please, I don’t want this anymore. I said “it’s not prudent because he (Father Blas) asked me to sign something that, that’s not true and I really told him:  “I swear before God, I’m not telling a lie.”

So he (Doctor Leopoldo Pardo, Psychiatrist) said: “It has to be, it has to be, hija (daughter).”  referring to the fact that she would have to be re-interrogated by Father Blas (Psychologist)

Sabi niya …It has to be, it has to be, hija daughter”  referring to the fact that she would have to be re-interrogated by Father Blas.

Mary, Mediatrix of All Grace Prophecies in 1949 through Teresita Castillo About “Murder and Bloodshed in your country (Philippines)” Duerte Helps Matters Along

Photo Teresita Castillo before she entered the convent of Carmel in Lipa Philippines. She saw the Blessed Virgin and received her messages after she became a young Carmelite.

This message escaped destruction by fire as all the messages of Mary, on paper,  given at Lipa were ordered destroyed … by the hierarchy Below the message is a video of Pres. Duerte speaking and fulfilling the prophecy of Mary.

“Pray, my child.  The people do not heed my words.  tell my daughters that there will be persecution, unrest, murder and bloodshed in your country.  The enemy of the Church will try to destroy the faith which Jesus had established and died for.  The Church will suffer much.  Pray for the conversion of sinners around the world.

Pray for those who rejected me and those who do not believe my messages in the different parts of the world.  I am really sad but consoled by those who believe and trust me.  Spread the meaning of the rosary because this will be the instrument for peace throughout the world.

Tell the people that the rosary must be said with devotion.  Propagate the devotion to my Immaculate Heart.  Do penance for priests and nuns but be not afraid, for the love of my Son will soften the hardest of hearts and my motherly love will be their strength to crush the enemies of God.  What I ask here is the same as I asked at Fatima.

I bless this community in a very special blessing.  All these can be revealed now.

I repeat to you that I am Mary Mediatrix of all Grace.  This is my last apparition here.”

Grace means Charity …

President Rodrigo Duterte:  March 2017. Some sixty years after Mama Mary’s last message.  Not speaking as a person who has sanctifying grace within his heart.

Asia Times by Eunice Barbara C Novio  December 11, 2018                                              March 2017 when President Rodrigo Duterte visited the Filipino community in Bangkok, his battle cry was to get rid of the addicts who “rape, kill, rob your daughters and sons”  The Filipinos cheered and clapped their hands , hoping for a messiah.

Sometime in June, I woke up to the ringing of my phone.  A Filipino friend in Thailand asked me for the assistance of friends in the media and the Commission on Human Rights (CHR).  Her nephew was apprehended for an old case and died in the custody of the Bureau of Jail Management and Penology  (BJMP)  less than 24 hours after he was turned over by the Caloocan City police in the Philippines.

My friend was a staunch supporter of Duterte.  She cheered when he promised to kill the addicts.  Probably, she was one of those  DDS (Duterte Diehard Supporters) who rejoiced when the CHR’s budget was reduced to US$19.  Crying on the phone she asked me:

Why this happened?  My nephew was sick”

This is the reason why human rights are important” I replied.

Meanwhile, charges against Kerwin Espinosa and Peter Lim, confessed drug lords, were dropped.  Lim is a close friend of Duterte. The $100-million shabu (methamphetamine) shipment that slipped past the Bureau of Customs was never recovered.

These personalities involved in drugs are given due process.  The Philippine government protects their human rights even as Duerte continuously mocks the Catholic Church,   human rights and UN human rights experts, including Agnes Callamard, special rapporteur on extrajudicial, summary or arbitrary executions.

During his State of the Nation address on July 23, 2018, Duterte focused his speech on the “war on drugs”.  He mocked human rights advocates, the and the international community for their silence on drug problems, and deaths of police officers and soldiers in the line of duty.

“Your concern is human rights.  Mine is human lives” Duterte said

As usual Dueterte lied.  He keeps on lying about his concern for human lives.  Huan life is essential in human rights but his “war on drugs” as left more than 20, 000 people dead and the number is rising.

The Church and the human rights advocate never get tired of campaigning against illegal drugs as well as the senseless killings, even though Duterte orders the police to shoot them for “obstructing justice” Yet, the apparitions of Lipa remain suppressed by the Church. The investigations were shoddy, the prelates were forced to lie under threat of excommunication.  This will be covered in another post. Philippine Catholics were cheated of their rights to the truth.  The whole world was deprived of the special grace which the truth of an apparition of Our Lady would give them.  A great solace in the soul in these barbaric times.

Duterte has repeatedly insisted that he is a leftist, a socialist, but not a member of the Communist Party.  The Diplomat Asia

China’s Dream To Invade the Philippines is Coming True – Mary’s Prophecy at Lipa

We will be looking more closely into the ecclesiastical investigations of this apparition on this site. Most of the messages were ordered to be “destroyed” and “burned” This prophecy about China was not and is coming true.

haurietisaquas

Cardinal Ricardo J. Vidal, Archbishop Emeritus of Cebum, has written to the Philippine Bishops that on October 17, 1949, ‘Mary Mediatrix of All Grace’ during an apparition to Teresita Castillo,  warned that “China’s dream, is to invade the Philippines.”

What Our Lady prophecied in 1949, in an apparition loaded with miracles, cures and conversions … is literally coming true.

China’s Island Building is at its highest rate of activity on the Paracel and Spratly Island chains.  Beijing has reclaimed more than 2000 acres since December 2013, more land than all other claimants combined in the past forty years,  according to a US. Defense Department report.

Satellite imagery has shown unprecedented activity from China on Subi Reef and Fiery Cross Reef in the Spratlys, including the possible construction of helipads, airstrips, piers radar, and surveillance structures.

An artificial island, built on a reef, arm,ed by Chinese Communists could become a reality…

If You’re Up Late…

Written by Achilles Gold Roman Catholic Priest on August 26, 2018

Father Mark White Blog

…you may have heard that an Archbishop has accused Pope Francis of grave wrongs in handling the Theodore McCarrick case. The Archbishop, a long-time Vatican official and former Apostolic Nuncio to the U.S., has called upon the Pope to resign from office.

Archbishop ViganoSome will question the credibility and reliability of the Archbishop’s written testimony.

As you know, dear reader, I have spent the past two months in a state of great agitation regarding the McCarrick case. Some have wondered if I might have lost my good sense, or even my spirit of Christian mercy.

If nothing else, I think that Archbishop Viganò’s written testimony does vindicate me in my sense of the profound gravity of the situation.

Namely, that an honest and public resolution to McCarrick’s case is absolutely necessary for the Church in America, and also for the Holy See. Without such an honest and public resolution, how…

Doctor Describes His Abortion Procedures

Dr. Anthony Levatino testifies before a Washington, D.C. Congressional Committee in favor of the bill sponsored by Rep. Trent Franks that would have banned abortions nationwide after 20 weeks of pregnancy. After losing his daughter in a terrible automobile accident, he became pro life.

May 23, 12:52 PM  Washington, D.C.

“Chairman Franks and distinguished members of the subcommittee, my name is Anthony Levatino.  I am a board-certified obstetrician gynecologist.  I received my medical degree from Albany Medical College in Albany, N.Y. in 1976 and completed my OB-GYN residency training at Albany Medical Center in 1980.”

“I appreciate your kind invitation to address issues related to the District of Columbia Pain-Capable Unborn Child Protection Act  (H.R.1797)”

During my residency training and during my first five years of private practice, I performed both first and second trimester  abortions.  During my residency in the late 1970’s, second trimester abortions were typically performed using saline infusion, or, occasionally prostaglandin instillation techniques.  These procedures were difficult, expensive and necessitated that patients go through labor to abort their pre-born children.  By 1980, at the time I entered private practice first in Florida and then in upstate New York, those of us in the abortion industry were looking for a more efficient method of second trimester abortion.

The Suction D&E procedure offered clear advantages over older installation methods.  The procedure was much quicker and never ran the risk of a live birth.  Understand that my partner and I were not running an abortion clinic.  We practiced general obstetrics and gynecology but abortion was part of that practice.  Relatively few gynecologists in upstate NY would perform such a procedure and we saw an opportunity to expand our abortion practice.

I performed first trimester suction D&C abortions in my office up to 10 weeks from last menstrual period and later procedures in an outpatient hospital setting.  From 1981 through 1985, I performed approximately 1200 abortions.  Over 100 of them were second trimester Suction D&E procedures up to 24 weeks gestation.

Imagine that you are a pro-choice obstetrician like I once was.  Your patient today is 24 weeks pregnant.  At twenty-four weeks from her last menstrual period, her uterus is two finger-breadths above the umbilicus.

If you could see her baby, which is quite easy on an ultrasound, she would be as long as your hand plus a half from the top of her head to the bottom of her rump not counting the legs.  Your patient has been feeling her baby kick for the last 2 months or more but now she is asleep on an operating room table and you are there to help her with her problem pregnancy.

The first task is to remove the laminaria that had earlier been placed in the cervix to dilate it sufficiently to allow the procedure you are about to perform.  With that accomplished, direct your attention to the surgical instruments arranged on a small table to your right.  The first instrument you reach for is a 14 French suction catheter.  It is clear plastic and about nine inches long.  It has a bore through  the center approximately 3/4 of an inch in diameter.  Picture yourself introducing this catheter through the cervix and instructing the circulating nurse to turn on the suction machine which is connected through clear plastic tubing to the catheter.  What you will see is a pale yellow fluid that looks a lot like urine coming through the catheter into a glass bottle on the suction machine.  This the amniotic fluid that surrounded the baby to protect her.

With suction complete, look for your Sopher clamp.  This instrument is about thirteen inches long and made of stainless steel.  At the end are located jaws about 2 1/2 inches long and about 3/4 of an inch wide with rows of sharp ridges or teeth.  This instrument is for grasping and crushing tissue.  When it gets hold of something, it does not let go.  A second trimester D&E abortion is a blind procedure.  The baby can be in any orientation or position inside the uterus.  Picture yourself reaching in with the Sopher clamp and grasping anything you can.

At twenty four weeks gestation, the uterus is thin and soft so be careful not to perforate or puncture the walls.  Once you have grasped something inside, squeeze on the clamp to set the jaws and pull hard-really hard.  You feel something let go and out pops a fully formed leg about 6 inches long.  Reach in again and grasp whatever you can.  Set the jaw and pull really hard once again and out pops an arm about the same length.  Reach in again and again with that clamp and tear out the spine, intestines, heart and lungs.

The toughest part of a D&E abortion is extracting the baby’s head.  The head of a baby that age is about the size of a large plum and is free floating inside the uterine cavity.  You can be pretty sure you have hold of it if the Sopher clamp is spread about as far as your fingers will allow.  You will know you have it right when you crush down on the clamp and see white gelatinous material coming through the cervix.  That was the baby’s brains.  You can then extract the skull pieces.  Many times a little face will come out and stare back at you.

Congratulations!  You have just successfully performed a second trimester Suction D&E abortion.  You just affirmed her right to choose.

If you refuse to believe that this procedure inflicts severe pain on that unborn child, please think again.”

Dr. Levatino Presents a Case Where the Mother’s Life was Seriously Threatend

“”A patient arrived one night at 28 weeks gestation with severe-pre-eclampsia or toxemia.  Her blood pressure on admission was 220/160.  This patient’s pregnancy was a threat to her life and the life of her unborn child.  She could very well be minutes or hours away from a major stroke.  This case was managed successfully by rapidly stabilizing the patient’s blood pressure and “terminating” her pregnancy by Caesarean section.  She and her baby did well.  This is a typical case in the world of high-risk obstetrics.  In most cases, any attempt to perform an abortion “to save the mother’s life” would entail undue and dangerous delay in providing appropriate, truly life-saving care.

During my time at Albany Medical Center I managed hundreds of such cases by “terminating” pregnancies to save mother’s lives.  In all those hundreds of cases, the number of unborn children that I had to deliberately kill was zero.

Despite the above testimony, the Pain Capable Unborn Child Protection Act (HR 1797) was passed and the TV’s of the world broadcast pictures of American legislators rejoicing and high five-ing one another as the results of the votes were announced …

For shame.
