And, why isn't there a 2.9L V6 Giulia? That's what I want. I love the look of the Giulia but, not quite fast enough for me. And all the racey bling of the Quadra is just too much for a mostly daily driver.

That is a blue Giulia Quadrifoglio; with 2.9-liter twin-turbo V6; the same engine the new 6C will have; hence the picture.

Okay. But, will the 6C look like the Giulia or the 4C? Or something new?

Thanks, that's common knowledge. I want a more subdued ("sleeper?") Giulia Ti. I'm not 25 any more, and the Quad is just a bit too much for a daily driver.

I sent the company a letter suggesting just that, a Giulia with a moderately powered V-6. The Quad would be an option for me but it isn't available with a sunroof because of the carbon fiber roof. Guess I'll stay with my Ghibli since AR didn't particularly like my suggestion.

I agree. I posted earlier I really want a Giulia with the 505HP. But, even 400HP would be fine. At 50 years old, I am just not looking for the Quadrafoglio model with all the racing bling. Not that it isn't a beautiful car, but I've already been through that phase with M3's and Shelby's.

Have you driven the 2.0T? It's the most potent in its class by far with almost 300 HP. I haven't driven it but I don't imagine it feels pokey. I do prefer the sound of 6's, though. I think it's because Alfa is still small and they can't rely on a niche of a niche. Due to their recent return to market, they can't spend resources on tiny niches and may figure that if you want a 6 you could go for BMW, Mercedes or Infiniti, so they've offer most of the power with a 4-cylinder, streamlining production cost.
