Pagani Launches Its Own Car Restoration Service

Owners of the first Pagani models can now have their supercars restored by the Italian automaker through a new car restoration program.

Called Pagani Rinascimento, the car restoration program aims to preserve the integrity of the first Pagani models, restoring them to the original condition they were when they first left the factory. According to the Italian automaker, “No bolt or screw is left out during the restoration activity: each component is observed, examined and restored in order to return to the perfect and original blend of art and technology.”

Since Pagani first launched in 1999, it has built 137 supercars and believe it or not, some Pagani Zonda owners have driven their cars over 62,000 miles (100,000 kilometers). For those looking to restore their original Zondas to almost-new condition, the team from Pagani Rinascimento will only work on one project at a time. During the entire process, Pagani will document images, drawings, and technical data, all of which is collected in a dedicated Pagani Rinascimento Book that matches the existing original one. This way, customers are able to certify the restoration process, ensuring the vehicle is an officially restored Zonda by Pagani Automobili.

“To bring back the light and the original splendor of these masterpieces, is a pleasure as well as a great responsibility,” said Horacio Pagani. “Our customers rely on us because we are the only ones in the world capable of rebuilding and restoring Paganis as they came out of our Atelier. We want to give our customers the emotion to be thrilled as the first time.”
