Lotus 3-Eleven 430 is British Brand's Quickest Street Legal Car
The Lotus 3-Eleven 430 has arrived to send the lightweight track special off in a most impressive way.
The 3-Eleven 430 is the ultimate expression of the roofless 3-Eleven. With a 430 hp version of Lotus’ 3.5-liter supercharged Toyota V6, the 3-Eleven 430 will accelerate from 0-60 mph in 3.1s and reach a top speed of 180 mph. It also gets full carbon fiber bodywork, revised aerodynamics that make around 585 lbs of downforce at 180 mph, AP Racing brakes, Ohlins dampers and Michelin Cup 2 tires.
Lotus claims the 3-Eleven 430 weighs just 970 kg, or about 2,138 lbs, which gives it a power-to-weight ratio of 467 hp per tonne – better than many supercars. The limited-run two seater is intended to mark the company’s 70th anniversary and will be limited to just 20 vehicles worldwide.

“When we first unveiled the Lotus 3-Eleven it heralded a new generation of truly focused, world-class sports cars,’ said Lotus CEO Jean-Marc Gales. “It altered perceptions of what was possible at this price category, and today the new 3-Eleven 430 moves the benchmark to remain the ultimate weapon in focused road driving and track work.”
The Lotus 3-Eleven 430 has been priced from £102,000 including VAT in the United Kingdom, which is equivalent to about $142,000 USD.
