Fisker Teases Ronin Flagship EV With 600 Mile Range
Fisker drops a few more details about its forthcoming flagship EV.
Between Canada Day and the Fourth of July, it has been a holiday-laden few days in North America. Still, that didn’t stop Fisker from teasing a huge project on social media, a new EV flagship called the Fisker Ronin.
From what we can see in the teaser, the Fisker Ronin is distinctly a low-slung car-shaped EV. It features Fisker’s characteristic full-width taillight bar, and nifty three-spoke wheels similar to the recently released Fisker Ocean crossover. The Ronin is a coupe, although a cutline and oddly shaped door handle could indicate the car is a four-door quad coupe, similar to the Mazda RX-8 or Saturn Ion. Fisker says the doors of the Ronin will be unique, so expect whatever number of doors the car does have, to open in a showstopping manner.
Official technical details on the Ronin are scant, aside from a remark from the brand’s CEO himself. Henrik Fisker took to social media to say that the EV will be “Super fast, with space for five.” Fisker has said the Ronin will have 600 miles of range out of its structurally integrated battery. Otherwise, actual power specifications haven’t been announced yet.
While the Ronin certainly looks and sounds attractive, it seems like Fisker has a few things that need to be done first. The Ocean crossover has only just begun to trickle out of the factory and on the market. F isker’s sub $30,000 USD EV hatchback, the Pear, hasn’t even been unveiled yet.
Still, if Fisker can manage to pull it off, the Ronin could be an intriguing prospect.

I don't see where you can speculate that the Ronin may be a 4 Door Coupe. The vehicle pictured here is clearly a 2 door.
