Fiat Models Are About to Get a LOT Cheaper
Fiat models are getting much cheaper in the U.S. starting next year.
In September, it was reported that Fiat would make its models cheaper, cutting prices by at least five percent for most of its 2017 lineup. Now, Automotive News reports the Italian automaker will cut the sticker prices of some models by up to $5,205, dropping the starting price of its cheapest model under $15,000 excluding destination.
The document was reportedly sent to Fiat dealers this month, with the Fiat 500 Pop dropping from $16,995 to $14,995 excluding the $995 destination fee.

Seeing the biggest price drop is the Fiat 500C Abarth, going from $26,995 this year to $21,490 in 2017, before shipping charges.
Based on the document, the 2017 Fiat 500 Cabrio will start from $16,490 excluding destination, while the Fiat 500L will have a starting price of $20,995. The Fiat 500X will remain mostly unchanged starting from $19,995.
