Come Back Giulia: Alfa Romeo Recalls Giulia and Stelvio Over Braking Issue

Alfa Romeo has recalled the Giulia and Stelvio for an issue related to the brake fluid.

According to Alfa Romeo, the braking fluid on about 307 Giulia and Stelvio vehicles may have been contaminated during the production process. The fluid could possibly damage the braking system and have a negative effect on the vehicle’s overall braking performance. All vehicles affected are from the 2018 model year.

Alfa Romeo will contact owners of affected vehicles as soon as possible. The recall is expected to begin on February 8th, 2018. Those customers who already experienced a braking issue and were forced to pay out of pocket for the repairs will be reimbursed by the manufacturer.
